Wishram, WA., March 9, 2015 – Jacob Williams Winery is happy to announce the official launch of their 2013 Sauvignon Blanc. As a small, family-owned boutique winery with a beautifully located tasting room, Jacob Williams is widely known for its award-winning wines. Today we offer up a delicious new Sauvignon Blanc, grown and crafted a stone’s throw from the banks of the Columbia River.

Sourced from the sandy soils of the Garnier Vineyards in Mosier, OR, our 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is guaranteed to please. Owner Brad Gearhart said “There’s a bit of sweetness there still, which contributes to a richer texture in the wine. It’s extremely refreshing. All of its elements are nicely balanced.” This wine will take your palate on a summer vacation with bright red grapefruit, blood orange, and refreshing tropical fruits. It’s the perfect wine to enjoy on a beautiful sunny day.

While our Sauvignon Blanc tastes delicious on its own, it is also extremely versatile when served with food. It would pair nicely with a young Manchego cheese, smoked herring, and your favorite crackers. You’ll want to save room in your picnic basket for this wine.
