Thanksgiving Re-Inspired: Wine Pairing & Cooking Demonstration

We all know that Thanksgiving will be here before we know it and the all mighty question looms, “What will I serve for dinner?”
If you’re looking to shake up your Thanksgiving spread and offer an unforgettable food and wine pairing for your guests, look no further than Jacob Williams Winery and local chef, former owner of Nora’s Table, Kathy Watson. She delights in creating dishes from the Gorge’s bounty to pair with our region’s abundant wine varietals. She is currently at work on a book about her years as a Gorge chef, titled: “Nora’s Table: A Memoir.”
‘Thanksgiving Re-Inspired’ will be held on Saturday, November 17th. Two seatings will be offered in the Jacob Williams Wine Club Lounge. 11:30am-1:30pm and 2-4pm. Guests will enjoy an interactive cooking demonstration, progressive lunch, complimentary recipe cards and of course, wine. Winemaker Peter Cushman will also make an appearance to talk about the best wines to serve at your Thanksgiving table.
