Sweet and Savory Spring – Cooking Demo & Wine Pairing

Join us on Saturday, April 21st for an interactive, “Sweet & Savory Spring” cooking demonstration and wine pairing class. Pulling from his years of experience, Timothy has chosen both sweet and savory recipes to pair with our delicious wines. We will highlight our two Spring release varietals, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer, along with 3 other signature wines.
The event will be held from 3:00-4:30pm on Saturday, April 21st in the Jacob Williams Wine Club Lounge. The event is open to the public but Wine Club members receive preferred booking. If our first sitting reaches capacity, Timothy will host an additional, and identical, demonstration from 1-2:30 on the same day.
Tickets are $49 per person and must be purchased in advance. Tickets include a flight of Jacob Williams signature wines (6-8 tastes) along with small, tapa-style portions of both sweet and savory dishes. Timothy will also provide recipe cards for referral and future use. In addition, all guests who purchase 6 bottles or more of our Spring Release, Sauvignon Blanc & Gewurztraminer, will receive 20% off. Wine club members enjoy 30% off. We will apply a 10% discount to all other wine purchases.
